For the person with the ultimate shoe fetish - Paper shoes. After making the baby shoes I decided to make some grown up ones and put these together.

Box office

here is the beginings of a box of pictures. The first one was a disaster so I tried again. Have put some little quilling flowers on it but will decorate it a bit more soon.

Baby Shoes

These are soooo cute. I have made them with pink cardstock and a template I accessed from a google search on paper baby shoes. I cut them out, stamped the cardstock with SU Pretty in Pink ink and this gives almost a watermark effect on the card. Them together inked all the edges and added the ribbon and the brads. Now don't ya just love those bows! I amde them on the Crafters Companion with their little bow making sticks which go into the outside of the case. So cute and the ribbon tails always come out to the back with the right side facing the front. Love it. Oh and of course who buys shoes not in a shoebox. Used the rafters companion to do the shoe box as well.

Octagonal Box

This cute little octagonal box is so easy to make. Using the nestabilities dies I cut a scalloped octagon and a regular octagon. There are a few little secrets on how to put it all together but I thought it turned out well. I spritz'd the butterflys and that made them shimmer. With Jenny'd name I used a versamark marker and interference red russet. I cut the thankyou letters from the Cricut E2 cartridge that is in the machine and I inked the edges with pink ink. The paper is from a Rosies stach that I bought some time ago at the warehouse. This little box held 2 mini crunchie bars and when I gave it to Jenny she nearly cried she thought it was lovely. I got a hug for my payment and that was great. The best thing was I made someone feel good today.

Flower power

Well now for what is in the box!
My sister has inspired me to do even more with my cricut and I haven't been feeling the best so my crafting mojo is suffering. Well I got out the Flower Shoppe cartridge well I accessed it on my gypsy (everything is on Gypsy2 lets face it except for the inbuilt carts on the E2) anyway I digress- the flowers have many different ways of putting them together and I will do a vodeo of them eventually so I can have it on file, but in the meantime there are the little flowers that cut out like a decreasing circle and you roll them up like quilling. they were cut at 2 inches and their finished size is about 1/2 inch. The bigger ones were the flowers down the botton of the overlay and I used a scoring tool to break the fibre of the paper on a circular motion which them makes the flower parts curl upwards. there are holes in them so I just added a brad. Now the outside box well that is a treat I found out how to do this at my upline in StampinUp. She is an absolute wizz and making new things up and how to do this 3d frame was her invention so until I have her permission to sy how it is done I will loeave you in suspense unless you come to a StampinUp workshop.
