I wanted another window card so used Cricut Creative Cards cartridge to create one in Cricut Craft Room. I have upload this as a project and if you would like to go and see it and favorite it that would be nice. If you want the CCR file it is on the Cricut.com website under projects here.
I used CCR to add and manipulate images on the Creative Cards cartridge so I got the window and the bars through it.
