Pony Card
A friend told me it was hard to find Horse cards so I made this shaped window card for her. It is a trifold card with a front window. I used a shape card from Cricut Creative Holiday Cards called Frame Card Design space #M36C5D, from Paper pups I used Cloud border #M39A76, from Zoobaloo Grass #M308AE and grass from Sports Mania M#478B5. I downloaded a pony picture in black and white from google images uploaded it to Design space and placed it on the frame that comes with the card, I added the grass and the clouds and flattened the image and did print and cut. I then added the grass frame to the inside of the window. I coloured the pony and the little girl with Close to my Heart Shin Han markers.
Hope you like the card.

Morning Glory Garden Box card
There are many box cards around now but I found I had one in svgcuts file called Country Market, This box file is called Morning Glory.
Cricut Pirates and Princesses Cartridge Pirate Birthday card
I got the Pirate and Princesses cart when I was in Auckland at the Sanzi workshop. I knew there would come a time when I needed to do something on this cart. My DD wanted a birthday card with a pirate so I used the first icon and chose to weld the 2 pirates together with CCR. Wifi to my E2 and cut them out.
The welded pirates
Now putting him together was really something all those little bits and I have never been good at jigsaws, but I did add stickles to him to make him a bit of a flashy pirate. The Pink under him is a mat that I am working on.Then as the little chap is turning 5 I added a five to the inside of the card so that when the card opens up he has a big 5 he can have scrapbooked for his birthday.
lifting up the front of the card with the 5 attached to the back part of the card
The inside of the card
Now the round top box has been made this time into a treasure chest. The back has treasure chest inked through a stencil of vinyl. the vinyl letters I used on the front.
These letters are 7mm high which is just over 1/4 of an inch. Very small and I was impressed the cricut could cut them. I did kiss cut them in vinyl which I think made a difference.
On the front of the treasure chest I added a tag and added 4 sparklie brads to set off the vinyl wording.
I love the sparklie Pirate

Cricut Explore and things you can make
I encourage you to click the links in this article by right clicking and opening in a new page. You will see many wonderful things you can do on your Explore. I love my Explore and use it every day. it is the most amazing machine I have ever worked with.
Now that you’re more familiar with Cricut Explore One™, Cricut Explore Air™ and Cricut Design Space™, it’s time to chat about some of the really neat things you can create when you put it all together.
As you’re getting familiar with your Cricut machine, it’s a great idea to take advantage of the free Make it Now™ projects and images that you get with Cricut Design Space™.
For example, check out this adorable 3D Hot Air Balloons Mobile. It’s a fun, easy starter project and makes for the perfect baby shower or toddler’s birthday gift (and can you believe it's made with felt?). And what’s a gift without a card? Cricut has an incredible selection of card examples made with Cricut Explore machines. There’s even a whole selection dedicated to everything baby, which is where I came across this cute baby shower card.
Birthday
What better way to tell someone how special they are than with a hand/Cricut-made card and gift? This super fun shaker card is perfect for a 21+ birthday. And even if you purchase a gift, you can always use your Cricut Explore machine to personalize it. For example, if you bought a friend a purse or a wallet, you could use your machine to monogram it with their initials. Or if you bought them a plain shirt or sweater, you could customize it with a fun image or statement.
I love this sparkly pineapple t-shirt. All you need is a blank shirt, a roll of Cricut Iron-on, and images from the Cricut® Summer Love image set.
Pool Party
Soak up the summer fun with a pool party! You can use your Cricut Explore to create everything from invitations to decorations. Here are some really creative ideas for how to add some special splash to a pool party.
Engagement/Wedding
Make your own beautiful table decorations, banners, party favor boxes, cards, and more for the happy couple in just a few minutes! You’ll find some really impressive ideas in Cricut’s Design Space, such as this lovely Mr. & Mrs. card.
There are an unbelievable number of project examples in the Design Space, which are categorized by type (e.g. baby, holidays, home décor, school, food, etc.) and by level (easy, moderate, and advanced). You can also find a ton of great ideas for projects on Cricut's Blog and Pinterest page.
The summer season is a perfect time to get your very own Cricut machine and familiarize yourself with Design Space and all the incredible projects you can create. Try out a few projects each month and you’ll be amazed at how easy it is. By the time the holiday season rolls around, you’ll be a Cricut pro and will wow your friends and family with your stunning crafting skills!
