This is my scrapin Blog where I am going to keep all things I scrap about. I have discovered I love papercrafting and making things from paper and card. I have done crafts for years but have no record of them. Now I have decided it would be good to keep a record, so I am going to keep a record of everything I make so when I am forgetful I will be able to come back and go through my blog for a memory jog.

Birthday Card for Judy
My very special and beautiful daughter had her birthday on the 17th and I made a small wee card for my chicken. Well she is a big chicken now as she is in her later 20's but she is very special to me. I used the topnote type die by spellbinders to cut the card from Provocraft paper which was double sided and then a smaller nestability to cut the other piece. Then of course I used the chicken from Create a Critter to put on the top. Very simple but oh so cute.
Box and Bow
At CA this week We learnt how to make a cute wee box to keep cards in it would also fit pictures 6x4 so would be a lovely gift box for a friend. We also made a bow but I had a great deal of difficulty with this but finally found a similar one on youtube and then figured out how to do them. Once I worked out how to do them I found it really neat and did a heap. I used the quilling flowers to add to the box that I made as well.

Tigger again Boing
Box and Star CA Monday
This is a neat little box that holds 6x4's wether that be photos or cards would be up to the maker but it is a cut way of cataloguing photos. The tutorial on CA was an altered froebel star. The Froebel star is really quite something and the instructions can be difficult to follow even when watching them. Along with this is the quilling flowers I have been making from the cuttlebug dies that are new out. they are very pretty but again take a little bit of thought.
